May 16-20, 2020. By women physicians, for women physicians!
Join with other female physicians on this 5 day wellness retreat based at Red Mountain Spa Resort to hike and relax in the beautiful red rocks of Southern Utah and Zion National Park. The trip organizers are two women who are MDs and health coaches. Together, we will build community, move our bodies, rejuvenate our souls and have fun as we spend time in one of the most beautiful parts of the country.
The itinerary includes half day hikes on spectacular trails such as Candy Cliffs, optional sunrise yoga, afternoons relaxing at the spa, evening women’s circles and group discussions, and a full day trip to Zion National Park. The trip includes accommodations, all spa meals, park entry fees, lunch at Zion, ground transportation from Las Vegas to the spa and in Utah. Spa treatments are available directly through Red Mountain at an extra cost. The hiking level is easy to moderate with a more challenging day at Zion but options will be given for slower or more advanced paces.
